We'd love to answer some questions!! Allow me to note before I begin that we unfortunately did not work directly with Dana, however, we know that she must be wonderful as George often spoke of her help and support often! So most of our answers will be pertaining to George, simply because we worked primarily with him.

1. We were beyond satisfied with the service from George!! He was GREAT!! He was efficient, helpful, and very accommodating to our schedule and needs. He made the whole process very easy and comfortable for us which made for a great experience. This was our first home, so we were nervous about the process and what it entailed. But George was there to help and support us from start until finish!!

2. Yes - George was VERY efficient and prompt in returning our phone calls. He would even call us regularly to be sure that things were going well and to see if we needed anything. He was very professional, yet he was so easy to talk to. When we did not understand something, he took the time to explain it. When we needed additional advice or input on something, he would offer it. We got the job done, but had fun with George along the way!!

3. Yes - George was sure to address all of our concerns. If our concerns were regarding something outside of his "realm", he would either tell us who to contact or he would contact the person for us. Again, he made the process an easy one - and although buying a home can prove to be stressful, George was sure to help in any and every way he could!

4. Yes. George was very professional. He was organized, efficient, helpful, and kind. But he also got to know us on personal level which I thought was great since we spent a lot of time with him in the process. By getting to know us, he knew best what we wanted and needed. It just made things more enjoyable and comfortable.

5. George and Dana Kendall are FABULOUS and I would recommend them to EVERYONE! They were pleasant, easy to work with, efficient, helpful, caring, kind, and most importantly - genuine. In our work with George, it was obvious that he wanted us to get into our "dream home" and helped us get there by easing the process and helping with everything he could. Even after our closing, they have kept in touch through email and occasional cards. I do not have any areas for improvement to suggest or gripes to make because I was so happy with the service from George and Dana!!!!
